        How it all works

  1. Once you have your travel details, send us as much information as possible in a simple email. Please include full name, address (including post code), both home and mobile telephone numbers, how many passengers and luggage and all flight details for both journeys.
  2. When we have received your email, we will send you a confirmation email including all your travel details, a customer code and our contact details.
  3. You will also receive a 'Booking Confirmation Document' by post and also as an email attachment. Please check this very carefully and call us if you have any queries.
  4. Before your departure, you will receive a telephone call or text message to confirm your booking details. 
  5. You may pay cash to the driver on the day or by bank transfer in advance. Please ask for details.
  6. Should you need to cancel your booking, just send us an email as soon as possible.
  7. As soon as we receive a cancellation we will confirm we have received it by email. Your booking will, only then, be considered cancelled.
